Mu-tron Bi-Phase combined two phase shifting circuits and in its time (1970´s) was the preferred. It used technology from the old Uni-Vibe, with lamps and photo cells, and featuring two independent sweep generators which could be coupled, each with individual rate controls and the option to choose square or sine waves.
The unit could be connected to an optional rocking foot pedal so that the effect could be operated in the manner of a wah-wah pedal.
...snag a used Phase 90 and do the mod as that's the pedal for a Rhodes. Well so is the Mutron Bi-Phase but ouch the $$. Maybe two MXR's would fake it.

There were eventual mentions of Audiothing Mutron Bi-Phase plugin over the last 2-3 years. Any progress on that, Carlo? Do you have the HW atm? Mutron Phasor II and Mutron III envelope filter are also of great interest. Something like EHX Q-Tron as well, the old one from the 90's in a big silver box...
