This product is replaced by models 1032C SAM™ Studio Monitor, 1032B Studio Monitor
The Genelec 1032A was in production between 1992 - 2013.
The Genelec 1032A is a powerful two-way active monitoring system including magnetically shielded drivers, speaker enclosure, multiple power amplifiers and active low signal level crossover.

Due to its compact size , this system is ideal for high power near field monitoring. Furthermore, it is well suited to general purpose broadcasting applications, TV control rooms, mobile vans and CD mastering as well as home studios.

The unique Directivity Control Waveguide™ (DCW ™) Technology used provides excellent stereo imaging and frequency balance even in difficult acoustic environments.

The 1032A was in production between 1992 - 2013. It was replaced by the 1032B and later on, with the 1032C model.

Genelec 8361 SAM. opinions and advice please.

I'm evolving on this as I get more used to the 8361A system. I don't think that I'll leave the ProAc behind for the marjority of the mixing; after 20+ years I'm just highly tuned into their sound and translation to other systems. I have been listening to the 8361's a lot and I'm getting used to...
